Silver pendant Viking dragon boat. A ship on a booty trip (Viking trip) but also ships of the far-traveling traders carried a mostly artistically verged dragon head on the fore stem. This offered protection and strength in foreign waters as well as against evil spirits and thus put a stop to the fear of the unknown. As a talisman, the Viking ship protects against evil spirits abroad and thus favors the focus on one's own strength and supports when entering new territory.
